New perimeter of open kitchen & living space.

Studs used to temporarily support slanted roof while work progresses.

Leaky, rotted header over front door in need of repair.

7/3/15

Repaired door frame.

8/13/15

New flooring & window shelf being installed.

8/27/15

New lighting, cabinets, and island in place.

9/3/15

New cabinets, bar, and sink.

Cabinet door has unique system of folding up and out.
