Led by company founder and CEO Scott Curtice, The Curtice Group has assembled a highly professional team of architects, engineers, plumbers, electricians, carpenters, and tradespeople to work on its projects and deliver uncompromising quality.
Over the course of a major home renovation, you will get to know the construction team very well. For that reason, we have taken care to assemble a group of people who are not only extremely talented builders, but who are also friendly, courteous, and helpful. These people are trusted employees who have been with TCG for many years.
Scott Curtice
Founder & CEO
Scott has been working in the construction business since 1989. He began his career in the area of kitchen construction and remodeling, where he developed a strong attention to detail, and an extensive understanding of cabinetry and finish work — elements which are critically important in all building projects.
Shawn Witherell
Project Manager
Shawn has decades of experience in all areas of residential construction, and joined TCG in 2022. He is a great communicator and always puts the client first. He demands high quality work from himself and all subcontractors and prides himself in meticulous finish work and attention to detail.
When he is not working, Shawn enjoys reading books and relaxing with his family and pets.
Wilgens Joseph
Project Manager
Wilgens is the newest team member, but in a short time has proven to be an asset to TCG. He is a dedicated worker, whose main goal is to ensure that our clients receive the highest-quality services that meet and exceed their expectations.
During his downtime, Wilgens enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends.
Bob West
Project Assistant
Bob has been with TCG since 2014 and has many supportive rolls. His tasks include, but are not limited to site preparation, material handling, equipment operation, demolition and Removal, assisting skilled workers, cleaning, maintenance, safety and site security. He brings a positive and upbeat attitude to work everyday.
Away from work, Bob enjoys camping and playing bass guitar with his band at weddings.
Eric Curtice
Office Manager / Lead Drafter
Eric is Scott's cousin, and joined The Curtice Group in 2018. He manages the day to day business operations, and is also the lead drafter. He
appreciates all architectural styles, and takes great satisfaction in working closely with clients to bring their ideas and desires to life.
When he is not working, Eric enjoys hiking, golfing, fishing and most other outdoor activities.
