The Back Story
Having worked with the Curtice Group before on a finished basement, this owner approached us seeking additional room for the 2nd floor of his cape. We added a master bedroom, master bath, hallway bath and two other bedrooms on the new second floor.
Existing cape as construction is about to begin. Notice the temporary stairs built to the second floor on the right wall, allowing access for demo work, building materials, and construction without intruding on owner's use of first floor.
