The Back Story
For this owner, the Curtice Group worked extensively with an architect in order to build a new detached garage, and extensively renovated their house. By removing a poorly built addition, we were able to achieve a much better use of space.
Demolition of the old addition.
Footing forms for the new foundation are in place.
New foundation walls with an applied waterproofing are up.
Framing for new addition. A new load bearing beam has been installed to support 2nd floor expansion.
